Natural Origins offers its customers the convenience of a unique ‘one stop shop' service - from certified organic cotton fiber to finished product - for all their organic cotton product programs.  We manage a fully integrated supply chain that produces and delivers finished products to our customers’ design specifications, enabling our customers to focus their resources on product development, marketing and sales.

Starting with discussions about product designs and specifications, Natural Origins

• assists in the selection of fabric constructions best suited to the product’s functional needs and aesthetics
• submits lab dips for color & shade approval
• produces prototypes for fine-tuning of style and fit
• submits strike-offs for embellishments (prints & embroidery) for approval
• assists in the selection of trims and accessories
• develops labels, hang tags and custom packaging based on customers’ art work
• produces sales sample, if required
• initiates bulk fabric production at the mill from certified organic cotton fiber
• monitors & expedites finished product fabrication at the garmenting facility
• provides on-the-spot Quality Assurance prior to shipment
• inspects and packs the goods in cartons per customer specifications for shipping
• manages the logistics of shipping (air & sea) & handling at the dispatch end, and documentation & customs clearance procedures at the delivery end
• …..and even arranges for local transportation to customers’ warehouses, if requested.

Most importantly, Natural Origins fully supports and adheres to Environmental and Social Responsibility Policies and Fair Labor Practices in all the manufacturing steps, through established inspection protocols.

To enable us to perform such a service effectively, we have a fully-staffed office in New Delhi with personnel experienced in monitoring production and QA, and in logistics management.  In addition, our Delhi office ensures that we select, from among our pre-qualified group of production facilities, the one best suited to meet the specific technical requirements and capacity needs of our customers’ product lines.
